About Everyone Counts OC

The Point In Time is a biennial count of people experiencing homelessness on a given point in time during the last ten days in January. The count provides vital information that helps the County better understand homelessness in the community and guides the way the County and its partners respond to homelessness in Orange County. Orange County will be conducting the 2019 Point In Time count on Wednesday, January 23 and Thursday, January 24 and has launched Everyone Counts OC to support the effort.

To learn more about the Point In Time requirements, as established by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, please visit PIT and HIC Guidelines Website.
