About Everyone Counts OC

The Point in Time is a biennial count and survey of people experiencing homelessness on a given night during the last ten days in January. The count provides vital information that helps the County better understand homelessness in the community and guides the way the County and its partners respond to homelessness in Orange County. Orange County will be conducting the 2019 Point In Time Count in January 23 – 24 and has launched Everyone Count OC to support the effort.
