Everyone Counts OC is a part of a national effort to better understand homelessness. The Point In Time (PIT) Count is a federally mandated biennial count conducted in communities across the Country to estimate the number of people experiencing unsheltered homelessness on a single night. In Orange County, this is a collaborative effort involving the County of Orange, its 34 cities, the Orange County Continuum of Care, nonprofit homeless service providers, and volunteers.
